What exactly is Ultimate Systems
Ultimate Systems originally started as a fluke one day while doing some contract work at a private residence I realized the company name associated with such endeavors was no longer valid. On the spur of the moment I directed the customer to make the check out to "Ultimate Systems" after some checking I found it was not registered in the state I was working in and it became mine.

What the name means now.
The previous story occurred several years ago and since that time the name has changed as far as it's meaning. Originally it was only a name although as I have been working in several unrelated fields over the years it now conveys a sense of purpose. My occupation in the beginning related to computers and networking. I have since worked as a ranch manager, a call center rep and a security officer as well as going back to college. During my time in those positions It became apparent a system could be any of a number of things. As such I have strived to do my best at any and all things I do.

My personal musing's
As you look over my site you will find it is directed at mainly my personal interest. These run the gamut from friends and family to nuts and bolts computing. It is my wish that you will at least find something funny, interesting or even helpful. I will attempt to update it as much as possible and am open to suggestions.

My Server
This is my first attempt at running a personal server. I am blessed with some very special children. For some reason after spending their formative years under my care they still seem to seek my approval. One of my daughters and son in law attempted to sway my opinion of them by bribing me with a gift certificate for Geeks. Well it is working, it allowed me to obtain this server and express myself thusly.
